We contacted William when we decided to sell our Maryland home. From the very beginning he was extremely responsive and professional. He immediately got to work researching Comps in the area and set up time to come to our home to review the information, discuss a sales price and his strategy. He took the time to review the entire home and gave feedback on things to do to prepare the home to list. He brought in a professional photographer who helped showcase the home's features in the online listing. Once the listing was active, the showings started to quickly come in. I am confident this was due to all of the prep work and professional photography that was done. We received an over listing price offer (even though the market had greatly settled). Once under contract William worked with the buyer's agent every step of the way. We even went to settlement over a week earlier than planned due to the great communication and work between William and the buyer's realtor. I highly recommend William to sell your home.

William was extremely attentive to our needs selling our home, answering questions, guiding us, meeting with us, providing feedback, professional and had a great personality. Before arriving for our consult William drove the neighborhood. The meeting was super helpful to show us the winning strategy including comps, a plan, professional photos, open houses, showing process, offer review process, and how his team would support. He clearly listened highlighting the updates and remodeled elements we have done.

He kept us informed throughout the process to include the yard sign going up, lockbox, photo day, showings, final walk through, all showings, closing day, sign and lockbox removal and purchaser questions after purchase.
